For the week 32 Fantrax draft EPL waiver wire, managers should be looking at players with double games.
Week 31 suggestion, Valentino Livramento, had an assist and a clean sheet, and will get a double game this week. Toti had double-digit points, even without the clean sheet. Rodrigo Bentancur and Nico O’Reilly returned low points in their games.Â
Newcastle and Crystal Palace play twice, but those options are limited. But if you can pick up players on those teams, you should. A large set of teams played in Europe midweek, most notably Manchester City, Arsenal, and Aston Villa in the Champions League. Spurs, Chelsea, and Manchester United played on Thursday. They all play again next week. Expect rotation and plan accordingly.
Week 32 Fantasy Draft EPL Waiver Wire
Week 32 suggestions (rostered 50% or less) are listed in order from most to least rostered.
Trevoh Chalobah – Defender – Rostered 41% – Chelsea vs Ipswich
Chelsea has back-to-back shutouts and is hanging on to 4th place, by goal differential. Chalobah started in both of those shutouts. Chelsea host Ipswich in a game they should and need to win. He has three goals and an assist on the season, too. If there are other Chelsea players available, they are worth a look too.
Lewis Dunk – Defender – Rostered 27% – Brighton vs Leicester
This is a straight matchup choice, as Dunk has struggled to score Fantrax points. But he hasn’t struggled as badly as Leicester, who are scoreless in eight straight (and in 10 of the last 11). Dunk has potential to pick up points on either end, and he’s available on EPL waiver wire, although any BHA defender is worth a look.
Donyell Malen – Forward – Rostered 17% – Southampton vs Aston Villa
With this game coming in between Champions League games, we can expect some rotation for Villa. One of those changes is likely to be Malen. Malen started and scored against Nottingham Forest in the last game and scored as a late sub in the game before that. So he will be confident going into this game, especially against the worst team and defense in the league. Villa players have value against Southampton.
Jefferson Lerma – Midfielder – 14% Rostered – Newcastle vs Crystal Palace, Manchester City vs Crystal Palace
Lerma’s last three games have been quality fantasy outputs, , well above his season average. With that plus the double games makes him a good choice on the EPL waiver wire. Palace have earned 13 of 15 points available without a loss in their last five. Lerma gets his points mostly on the defensive end, and over two games, he has value. If Chris Richards is healthy, he should be considered too.
Not much time is left. Play to win each week. Have fun. Good luck.
