It’s been a few weeks off as the week 32 EPL waiver wire arrives for Fantrax managers. With just seven games left, holding players has less value over time, as managers should be thinking week-to-week more and more.

Week 31 suggestion, Ethan Ampadu scored double-digit points in a 0-0 draw against Brentford, giving Leeds back-to-back shutouts. Joachim Andersen and Fulham had a convincing 3-1 win against Burnley, but the lone goal against kept him from quality points. Sven Botman was injured and had to be subbed off near the beginning of the second half. He’ll be out for a few weeks. James Ward-Prowse has been hit or miss since his return to Burnley, and week 31 was a big miss.
Week 32 Fantasy Draft EPL Waiver Wire
Week 32 suggestions (rostered 50% or less) are listed in order from most to least rostered.
Beto – Forward – Rostered 41% – Brentford vs Everton
Beto has been a frustrating player for Everton and Fantrax managers this season. But Beto has now started the last four for Everton, winning three of those four (the only loss to Arsenal). He had a monster game in week 31 against Chelsea, scoring twice and adding an assist in a 4-1 win. Beto is a striker in form, and he’s up to six goals on the season. There aren’t a lot of quality forward options left on the EPL waiver wire, so managers looking for a forward solution could do worse.
Zian Flemming – Midfielder – Rostered 35% – Burnley vs Brighton
Flemming has four straight double-digit point games. He’s scored three goals and had five key passes over that stretch. He’s a player very much in form for Burnley. Burnley would need a miracle to keep from being relegated. So they are playing without much pressure. He’s listed as a midfielder in many leagues, but he’s playing more like a forward, giving him added value. There’s a lot of upside to grabbing Flemming on the EPL waiver wire.
Jaka Bijol- Defender – Rostered 12% – Manchester United vs Leeds
Leeds are not quite out of the relegation battle, but their recent results have put them in a much better position. Bijol scored 23 Fantrax points last game without a goal or assist, and he had double-digit points the week before as well. When he starts, he’s returning good points, and he’s started the last two. It’s not the easiest matchup, but if you’re looking for a defender playing well, he’s a good option. Plus, Leeds hosts last-place Wolves next week.
Jaydee Canvot – Defender – Rostered 6% – Crystal Palace vs Newcastle
Canvot has had to fill in for Palace injuries, and he’s done so quite well. He scored over 20 Fantrax points in their 0-0 draw against Leeds, and he’s been consistent in grabbing stats and starting more often. There’s a lot to like here. Other Palace defenders have been good throughout the season, so there’s reason to believe that Canvot could follow that trend. Palace have two straight homes too.
Managers should be thinking week to week even more as the season winds down. There have been international and FA cup games, so be sure you’re checking team news for injuries. Go with matchups and your gut. Have fun. Good luck!
