The following players are out of action for an extended period of time and will not be helping fantasy football managers in the near future.

- TE Zach Ertz is OUT for at least four weeks, but the plan is for him to return later in the season: Mike Garofalo

- RB J.K. Dobbins is OUT for the season with an Achilles injury: Clifton Brown

- TE Dawson Knox is OUT for at least four weeks with a wrist injury: Buffalo Bills PR
Chicago Bears
- RB Khalil Herbert is OUT for at least four weeks with an ankle injury: Tom Pelissero
Cleveland Browns
- RB Nick Chubb is OUT for the season, but the worst-case scenario seems to have been avoided: Adam Schefter
Houston Texans
- PK Ka’imi Fairbairn is OUT for at least four weeks with a quad injury: Adam Schefter
Indianapolis Colts
- QB Anthony Richardson is OUT for the season, but had successful surgery this week: Jim Irsay
Los Angeles Chargers
- WR Mike Williams is OUT for the season with a torn ACL, but is expected to be ready at the start of next year’s training camp: Ian Rapoport
- WR Joshua Palmer is OUT for at least four weeks, and the team declined to say whether or not he would miss more time than that: Jeff Miller
Los Angeles Rams
- RB Kyren Williams is OUT and he won’t be eligible to return until at least Week 12, though the team is confident that he won’t miss much more time than that: Stu Jackson
Miami Dolphins
- RB De’Von Achane is OUT for at least four weeks with a knee injury, but is likely to be activated prior to the Dolphins’ Week 11 game as he hasn’t experienced any setbacks in his recovery process: Marcel Louis-Jacques
Minnesota Vikings
- WR Justin Jefferson, who is OUT for Week 10, as he wasn’t activated by the Vikings: Tom Pelissero
- QB Kirk Cousins is OUT for the season after suffering a season-ending torn Achilles injury and successfully undergoing surgery: Kirk Cousins
- RB Cam Akers is OUT for the season with a torn Achilles tendon: Minnesota Vikings
New York Giants
- PK Graham Gano is OUT for at least the next four weeks with a knee injury, though his ailment will require surgery and the expectation is that he will not return this season: Jordan Raanan
- TE Darren Waller is OUT for at least four weeks, as the rumors of his multi-week absence finally came to fruition: Field Yates
- QB Daniel Jones is OUT for the season with a knee injury that will require surgery: Jordan Raanan
New York Jets
- QB Aaron Rodgers is OUT for the season with an Achilles injury, but he was spotted throwing before the Jets’ game in Week 9: New York Jets
Pittsburgh Steelers
- TE Pat Freirmuth is OUT and won’t be eligible to return until at least Week 12, though he plans on practicing next week: Alan Saunders

- QB Matt Stafford is OUT for Week 10, but there is optimism that he will be ready to play following their bye week: Sarah Barshop

- WR Jaylen Waddle is QUESTIONABLE for this week, but the feeling is that he is in a good spot to play: Hal Habib
Minnesota Vikings
- TE T.J. Hockenson is QUESTIONABLE for Sunday’s game, as he was limited in practice more than once and is still sore: Ben Goessling
