Week 10 NFL Player Props for Sunday Night Football

To a degree, this is going to be an ever-evolving endeavor throughout the week. As you prepare for Sunday Night Football, there will always be specific plays you like and wish to target. NFL player props will stand out to you, and at the moment, you should capitalize on them. As news changes throughout the week, these markets will move as well, so lock in your player prop picks as you see them.

Each week, I will take a look at four NFL player prop targets on DraftKings for Sunday Night Football and provide some commentary about them. Please be aware though, that these are subject to market movements.

NFL Player Props

Josh Jacobs Anytime TD, +105

The New York Jets defense is pretty strong. However, there is only so much they can do. Turnovers by the offense will continue to be a thing as the Jets patchwork offensive line doesn’t help here. Additionally, when the offense struggles to move the ball, the other team gets to benefit from favorable field position. All of these factors make things attractive for opposing running backs.

Last week, Austin Ekeler finished with two touchdowns almost by default. Following the coaching change in Las Vegas, the Raiders have recommitted themselves and appear to be a new team. That means an increased focus on Josh Jacobs. In the first game of the Antonio Pierce era of the Raiders, that certainly was the case.

Against the Giants, Jacobs carried the ball 26 times for 98 yards. More importantly, he found the end zone twice which gave him five touchdowns on the season. With our player props for this week, I’m looking for something similar.

Breece Hall Anytime TD, +130

At this point, it is getting very difficult to find many, if any, good things to say about the Jets’ offense. On of the few positives has been Breece Hall. While Hall is, to a point, hindered by and dependent upon what Zach Wilson is doing, his talent is transcendent.

Hall is capable of big plays in both the rushing and passing games, and the Jets need all the help they can get. In reality, the more New York gets the ball in Hall’s hands, the better off everyone will be. That can help to take the focus and stress off Wilson.

Considering the Raiders rank in the bottom five against opposing running backs this year, building a game plan around Hall is the prudent way to go. So far this season, Hall has three touchdowns, but given his explosive nature and favorable matchup, he is a good bet to add to that on Sunday. After all, the Jets have to go where the talent takes them.

Garrett Wilson Over 5.5 Receptions, +100

Get the ball to your best players. At this point, that is all there is left to do for the Jets and Zach Wilson. To be honest though, we are not splitting the atom here. This common sense approach is necessary if the Jets are going to remain in the playoff race for a Wild Card spot.

That continues to be evident all season. Over the last five games, Wilson has been targeted between 12 and 14 times on four occasions. During that span, Wilson has caught between seven and nine passes in four of those games. There isn’t much competition within the Jets receiving depth chart, and the versatile Wilson just needs the ball in his hands. The type of route run ultimately doesn’t matter for Wilson as he just needs the ball in his hands.

While Zach Wilson does have his struggles, he has been able to make that happen for the most part this season. With our player props for this week, that is expected to continue. The yardage might not be there, but over 5.5 receptions certainly should be.

Maxx Crosby Over 0.75 Sacks, -166

The Jets’ offensive line is, quite simply, not very good. Due to continuous injuries, New York will be starting another combination this week, and it is ripe for disaster. Opposing defensive lines continue to have success against the Jets, and tonight should be no different.

So far this season, it hasn’t really mattered to Maxx Crosby who the opponent is. Through nine games, Crosby has nine sacks with just two games without a sack. The consistency is there along with the upside, and Sunday’s opponent will take care of the rest.
