Week 23 EPL Waiver Wire (under 50% rostered) is here in a hurry! There’s just a single day before the first kick-off for the weekend. It’s back to normal for the weekend! Everton and Tottenham have the opening kick-off, with Manchester City traveling to Brentford to end the weekend.
There were lots of midweek goals, from some surprising players too. Get on the waivers, as there are real chances here for players beyond a weekly pick-up.
EPL Waiver Wire suggestions for week 23 are listed below in order of most to least rostered in Fantrax.
Week 23 Fantasy EPL Waiver Wire
Conor Bradley – Defender – 32% Rostered – Arsenal vs Liverpool
What an incredible start for the young player. Two starts, two goals, two assists. It’s remarkable. Managers with Trent Alexander-Arnold should be slightly (or really) concerned that Bradley has worked his way into the starting XI. He’s still available in lots of leagues, and he’s worth a pickup as it looks like he’ll be getting some time and some points as the season progresses.
Elijah Adebayo – Forward – 30% Rostered – Newcastle vs Luton
I’m not sure how he’s still this available across leagues, but he should be a favorite on the week 23 EPL waiver wire. That hat trick should be enough to convince managers to pick him up now. He has eight goals now on the season. Six of those eight goals have come over the last seven goals. He’s playing with confidence, and now he has other players who are feeding him the ball.
Oliver McBurnie – Forward – 24% Rostered – Aston Villa vs Sheffield United
McBurnie rarely plays a full game, but he doesn’t need a full game to score points. He assisted last game, after scoring in the previous two. Sheffield has now scored two goals in three consecutive games, even though they managed just one tie in those games. He’s got a shot on target in each game as well.
Giovanni Reyna – Midfielder – 0% Rostered – Bournemouth vs Nottingham Forest
Gio has just been loaned from Borussia Dortmund, and he’s hoping to get more time in the EPL than he has been getting. There’s no denying his talent, but with only games this season and no goals, he needed a restart. Forest could use the help too, so it will be interesting to see if he steps right into a place in the lineup. He’s one to watch. At 0%, he’s the least rostered player I’ve recommended on the EPL waiver wire.
As always, play the matchups and play week to week. Check lineups and have fun.
Good luck!
