Fantasy football is now just five weeks away. Whether you are prepping for your draft or now looking to improve your team via offseason acquisitions, it is needless to say that August will be a busy, hectic month. Finding clear and objective tight end rankings can be a very challenging task when it comes to fantasy football. Tight ends have such a large responsibility on the actual football field, that sometimes makes it hard to gauge their fantasy value. You should also take a look at my article on helpful and important metrics to consider for tight ends.

Sam Laporta: Jared Goff loves to target Sam Laporta. Laporta was the TE1 in fantasy football last year and led all tight ends with ten touchdowns scored. Expect a similar season outcome from him in 2024.
Mark Andrews: Mark Andrews missed six games last year. However, he led all tight ends in fantasy points per game (9.0). If he can stay healthy, he will continue to dominate and remain one of the best and most reliable tight ends in the league.
Trey McBride: McBride is expected to take a massive leap this year in fantasy football, however, I may not be as high on him as most. I think he will hover right outside the top three, finishing as the TE5 in 2024.
Pat Freiermuth: I am higher than most on Freiermuth. With a new quarterback and offensive coordinator, Freiermuth should see more opportunities in 2024.
Brock Bowers: It is not entirely clear how Bowers will be used to start the 2024 season. I do, however, believe that he will quickly emerge as a reliable target for young quarterback Aiden O’Connell and will finish as a top-20 fantasy tight end.
