Buffalo Bills

WR Khalil Shakir (ankle) – QUESTIONABLE for Week 6, and he did not practice all week long.

WR Curtis Samuel (toe) – QUESTIONABLE for Week 6, as he was limited at practice all week long.

WR Mack Hollins (shoulder) – QUESTIONABLE for Week 6, as he was limited at practice all week long.

RB James Cook (toe) – QUESTIONABLE for Week 6, though he did practice on Saturday for the first time all week.

Carolina Panthers

WR Diontae Johnson (ankle) – QUESTIONABLE for Week 6, as he was limited at practice all week long, though there is optimism that he will in fact play.

Cincinnati Bengals

RB Chase Brown (quad) – QUESTIONABLE for Week 6, despite being declared “good to go” by his coach.

Green Bay Packers

WR Christian Watson (ankle) – QUESTIONABLE for Week 6.

Houston Texans

RB Joe Mixon (ankle) – QUESTIONABLE for Week 6, with the expectation that he will play, barring any setbacks.

Indianapolis Colts

QB Anthony Richardson (oblique) – QUESTIONABLE for Week 6 and will be a game-time decision on Sunday after looking good on the field on Friday, though there is hope he will play.

RB Jonathan Taylor (ankle) – OUT for Week 6.

WR Michael Pittman (back) – QUESTIONABLE for Week 6, but there is a chance that he will play after a recent report stated that he is expected to play.

Josh Downs (toe) – QUESTIONABLE for Week 6, but he did return to practice on Friday as a full participant and now is expected to play.

Jacksonville Jaguars

TE Evan Engram (hamstring) – QUESTIONABLE for Week 6, after being limited this week in practice, but there is optimism that he will play.

WR Gabe Davis (knee) – QUESTIONABLE for Week 6 after being limited at practice all week long, though he is expected to play.

Las Vegas Raiders

WR Davante Adams (hamstring) – OUT for Week 6 after missing practice all week long.

RB Zamir White (groin) – QUESTIONABLE for Week 6, and is considered a long shot to play, despite being back at practice.

WR Jakobie Meyers (ankle) – DOUBTFUL for Week 6, and this is a downgrade from his previous deignation despite being limited at practice on Friday.

New England Patriots

WR Kendrick Bourne (knee) – QUESTIONABLE for Week 6 after being limited at practice this week.

RB Rhamondre Stevenson (foot) – OUT for Week 6.

New Orleans Saints

QB Derek Carr (oblique) – OUT for Week 6, with a multiple-week absence a possibility.

TE Taysom Hill (ribs) – OUT for Week 6.

New York Giants

RB Devin Singeltary (groin) – OUT for Week 6.

WR Malik Nabers (concussion) – OUT for Week 6.

New York Jets

TE Ty Conklin (hip) – QUESTIONABLE for Week 6.

QB Aaron Rodgers (ankle) – QUESTIONABLE for Week 6, after being limited for most of the week.

RB Cordarrelle Patterson (ankle) – OUT for Week 6.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

RB Rachaad White (foot) – DOUBTFUL for Week 6, though his status is considered a game-time decision.

WR Trey Palmer (concussion) – OUT for Week 6.

WR Jalen McMillan (hamstring) – QUESTIONABLE for Week 6, though he was a full participant at practice on Friday.

Washington Commanders

RB Brian Robinson (knee) – OUT for Week 6.

NFL Injured Reserve/PUP

Baltimore Ravens

RB Keaton Mitchell (knee) – placed on Injured Reserved, and he is right on schedule for where he should be.

Carolina Panthers

WR Adam Thielen (hamstring) – placed on Injured Reserve after Week 3 and will miss at least four games with an injury that won’t require surgery.

Cleveland Browns

RB Nick Chubb (knee) – placed on Injured Reserve and will miss at least four weeks of the season. He has been ruled OUT for Week 6, but he is expected to make his 2024 debut next week.

Dallas Cowboys

WR Brandin Cooks (knee) – placed on Injured Reserve with a knee issue that will cost him at least the next four weeks.

Denver Broncos

WR Josh Reynolds (finger) – placed on Injured Reserve after Week 5 and is set to miss multiple weeks after having surgery.

Green Bay Packers

TE Luke Musgrave (ankle) – placed on Injured Reserve after Week 5, and will miss at least the next four weeks.

Houston Texans

TE Brevin Jordan (knee) – placed on Injured Reserve and will miss the remainder of the 2024 season.

WR Nico Collins (hamstring) – placed on Injured Reserve after Week 5, and will miss at least the next four weeks.

Kansas City Chiefs

WR Marquise Brown (shoulder) – placed on Injured Reserve with an injury that will take months, not weeks from which to heal.

RB Isaiah Pacheco (fibula) – placed on Injured Reserve and had successful surgery which will cost him six to eight weeks to recover.

WR Rashee Rice (shoulder) – placed on Injured Reserve, though the team is unsure if he will return this season; they will know more about his timeline after he has a procedure done early next week to test the severity of the situation.

Las Vegas Raiders

TE Michael Mayer (personal) – placed on the Reserve/Non-Football Illness List and will miss an extended amount of time.

Los Angeles Chargers

WR DJ Chark (hip) – placed on Injured Reserve and will miss at least the first four weeks of the season.

RB Gus Edwards (ankle) – placed on Injured Reserve after Week 5 and will miss at least the next four weeks.

Los Angeles Rams

TE Tyler Higbee (knee) – placed on the PUP List and there is concern that he will miss up to seven weeks of the season.

WR Puka Nacua (knee) – placed on Injured Reserve with a knee injury that could cost him more time than the minimum of four weeks.

Miami Dolphins

WR Odell Beckham (undisclosed) – placed on the PUP List after having an offseason procedure, but he is listed as QUESTIONABLE for Week 5 and is expected to return with a modified usage rate.

QB Tua Tagovailoa (concussion) – placed on Injured Reserve with a concussion with no timetable for a return, but he is symptom-free and awaiting the next step.

Minnesota Vikings

TE T.J. Hockenson (knee) – placed on the PUP List, but did return to practice in limited fashion this past week.

New Orleans Saints

RB Kendre Miller (hamstring) – placed on Injured Reserve and will miss at least four weeks of the season, and is listed as QUESTIONABLE for Week 6.

San Francisco 49ers

RB Christian McCaffrey (calf/Achilles tendinitis) – placed on Injured Reserve and could miss extended time, and there was some encouragement concerning his situation after his first workouts didn’t reveal any flare-ups or setbacks.
