It is now time for a fantasy football mock draft from the 4th slot. This will be my third mock draft. This one is my favorite. This mock features the same QB I have taken in the other two mocks, and there is a lot of firepower in this starting lineup. Once again, this is done as if it were a 12-team league. The format stays the same with one QB, two RBs, two WRs, one TE, and two FLEXs. Let’s begin!
What!? Your fantasy football league wasn’t hosted on Fantrax last season!? Once you see how Fantrax stacks up to the competition, we think you’ll be singing a different tune in the 2025 season.
Mock Draft from the 4th slot
1.04 – CeeDee Lamb
CeeDee Lamb is an ALPHA. He is a top-five WR in the NFL and is tied to Dak Prescott. Prescott is a dark horse to finish as the QB1 in 2025. The Dallas Cowboys also do not have a strong RB room, so expect them to throw a lot this season. Lamb played in just 15 games and had 101 receptions and 1,194 yards. He was the WR7 in PPG. I expect a similar season to 2024, where he was the WR1 and had nearly 1,800 yards. If I cannot get Bijan Robinson, Ja’Marr Chase, or Jahmyr Gibbs in fantasy football drafts, it’s Lamb every single time.
2.09 – Derrick Henry
The greatest RB of his time, Derrick Henry. Henry has done what Tom Brady and LeBron James have done. He has defeated Father Time. Henry is 31 and just finished as the RB4 in PPG and had 1,921 rushing yards and 18 touchdowns. It was his best season since 2020, when he rushed for 2,027 yards. The difference is that he is on the Baltimore Ravens. They have Lamar Jackson and one of the best offensive lines in football. I go WR heavy after this pick. Having King Henry as my anchor at the RB position allows me to do that.
3.04 – Tyreek Hill
Tyreek Hill is the most dangerous player in the NFL. He is being drafted in the third round as the WR12. Hill had a down year because Tua Tagovailoa was hurt. Now, he is healthy, and Hill is at a massive value. Hill’s first two years on the Miami Dolphins saw him finish as the WR3 and the WR2. In the first two years, he amassed 238 receptions, 3,509 receiving yards, and 20 touchdowns. Expect a similar year in 2025, and do not ever pass up VALUE. Hill is my favorite pick in fantasy football this season.
4.09 – Marvin Harrison Jr.
Value is key in fantasy football. That is what you get with consecutive picks. A lackluster rookie season has made Marvin Harrison Jr another value just like Hill. A year removed from 2024, more muscle, and more comfort with Kyler Murray, MHJ is a must-smash pick in the fourth round. I expect a WR1 finish with over 1,200 yards and 100 receptions in 2025.
5.04 – DK Metcalf
I drafted DK Metcalf from the third slot and now the fourth slot. He has little to no competition room on the Pittsburgh Steelers. He also gets a fresh start after having just one WR1 finish in his time with the Seattle Seahawks. I believe starting over and playing with Aaron Rodgers will allow Metcalf to have his best fantasy football finish since 2020.
6.09 – Evan Engram
Evan Engram is now with Bo Nix and Sean Payton. Nix loves his short routes and his TEs. Engram has all the tools and opportunities to finish as a top-five TE in fantasy football in 2025. You can draft him as the TE8 in the eighth round. I am extremely high on Engram this season that I took him two rounds ahead to pair him up with his QB.
7.04 – Bo Nix
Another fantasy football mock draft, another Bo Nix on my team. I will not continue to repeat myself. Nix has rushing upside, is tied to Sean Payton, and found himself after his first two games last season were a disaster. Draft him every time as your QB1 and beef your lineup with playmakers in the first six rounds.
8.09 – Quinshon Judkins
We all must monitor the situation of Quinshon Judkins and whether he will miss any time. I have not heard of anything, and that is why I drafted him. He is the Cleveland Browns RB1. This is a team that is known for running the ball at a high rate. He is the successor to Nick Chubb, and you can draft him as the RB29 in the seventh round. The uncertainty of what might happen to him with his legal issues had him fall to the eighth round. I will take the chance every time if I am able to draft the elite receivers I did in the rounds prior.
