Fantasy Football 2025: Week 3 Wide Receiver Rankings

Wow, what a week for fantasy wide receivers. If you had Malik Nabers or Amon-Ra St. Brown, I’m sure you blew out your opponents. However, some sleepers also went off, including Troy Franklin, Hunter Renfrow, and Wan’Dale Robinson. If you are looking to find another one of those sleeper wide receivers, then make sure to check out my Week 3 rankings down below.

Wide Receiver Notes

  • Let’s start with Puka Nacua as my WR4 going against the Eagles. Nacua is the WR2 so far, but he does have a tough matchup against the Eagles this week. But Nacua is a PPR monster. He has 20 targets in his first two games with 18 receptions. So, he isn’t dropping anything. Matthew Stafford has his connection with him, and I expect him to look his way against the Eagles’ secondary. The Eagles’ defense has been tough, but they have some flaws. CeeDee Lamb still went for 110 yards against them in Week 1, and I expect Nacua to light up this secondary.
  • Next, I have Brian Thomas Jr. as my WR12. It may be time to start panicking about Thomas. He is getting the targets, but if you watch the games, he is flat-out dropping easy passes or not keeping his feet in bounds. He has only five receptions on the year and 60 receiving yards. This could be the make-or-break week for him as they are playing the Texans, who are giving up 31.8 fantasy points per game to wide receivers.
  • Lastly, I have Jakobi Meyers as my WR25 going against the Commanders. Meyers should be a WR2 start every week. He looks like he is Geno Smith’s favorite target. Even with Brock Bowers playing. Meyers has 22 targets through two games, and that has him as the fifth most targeted wide receiver. Of those 22 targets, he has 14 receptions for 165 yards. He doesn’t score a ton of touchdowns, but he is going to be consistent in getting open every game. He is a lock for another top 25 finish.
