2025 Fantasy Football: Weekly Winners – Week 14
Jared Goff vs. DAL
Jared Goff finished 20/26 (76.9%) for 256 yards with two passing touchdowns and 24 rushing yards, which meant 20.64 Fantasy Points. Goff has finished five straight games with 255+ passing yards and has thrown multiple touchdowns in eight games this year, with four weeks of 20+ Fantasy Points.
The Lions will face a Cowboys defense in Week 14 that allows the most Fantasy PPG to quarterbacks and the third-most passing yards per game (251.5). The game script for this one screams SHOOTOUT, and with the passing upside Goff has displayed this season, it should mean a quality outing for Fantasy Football.
Daniel Jones vs. JAX
It has been a few weeks since Daniel Jones has had a big Fantasy outing, and his fractured fibula may be limiting his overall ceiling, especially in the rushing department, but one positive is throwing a pair of touchdowns in each of his last two games. Jones has finished six weeks with multiple passing touchdowns, six weeks with 260+ passing yards, scored five rushing touchdowns on the year, and has scored 22+ Fantasy Points five times this season.
The Colts will face a Jaguars defense in Week 14 that allows the 10th-most Fantasy PPG to quarterbacks and also the 10th-most passing yards per game (230.1) this season. The Jaguars have won three games in a row while the Colts have lost their last two games, so this AFC South matchup between the two 8-4 teams is massive.
JJ McCarthy vs. WSH
JJ McCarthy will be back in Week 14 following the concussion he sustained. In all honesty, McCarthy has not looked great this season, but we have seen some flashes. McCarthy has finished two weeks throwing for two touchdowns with an interception while also rushing for a touchdown. McCarthy also threw for 248 yards back in Week 10. The turnovers have been terrible, with 10 interceptions and a fumble through six appearances, but the hope is that his system will lift him in the right matchup. Justin Jefferson, Jordan Addison, and TJ Hockenson should provide some sort of cushion for the first-year starter.
The Vikings will face a Commanders defense in Week 14 that allows the sixth-most Fantasy PPG to quarterbacks and the second-most passing yards per game (254.9) this season. JJ is a risky starter for Fantasy Football, but with how friendly Washington is through the air, you would think this is the matchup to have some confidence in McCarthy finding his trio.
Tyrod Taylor vs. MIA
If you are looking even deeper for a streaming quarterback this week for Fantasy Football, Tyrod Taylor may be a competent option. Tyrod threw a touchdown and rushed for a touchdown in Week 13, which elevated him to a 21.28 Fantasy score. Week 13 was the second time Taylor rushed for 44+ yards through five appearances, which shows his dual-threat ability. Taylor threw a pair of touchdowns back in Week 3 and finished with 222 passing yards in Week 12.
The Jets will face a Dolphins defense in Week 14 that allows the ninth-most Fantasy PPG to quarterbacks this season. The dual-threat ability for Taylor, on top of him clicking with his new options in New York, could mean a useful Fantasy Football week against a very average defense.
Chase Brown vs. BUF
Chase Brown has scored 15+ Fantasy Points for five straight weeks after not hitting that mark in the opening seven weeks of the season. While Brown’s snap percentage dropped in Week 13 with Samaje Perine back last week, he still managed 22 touches and 113 scrimmage yards, which should keep your confidence in him. Across the last six weeks, Brown has rushed for 70+ yards five times, rushed for 107+ yards twice, caught six or more passes three times, and scored 18+ Fantasy Points four times.
The Bengals will face a Bills defense in Week 14 that allows the fourth-most Fantasy PPG to running backs and the third-most rushing yards per game (141.3) this season. If the game script emphasizes the passing game between these two quality offenses, the seven receptions last week should bring confidence for Brown to stay involved that way as well. This is a great matchup for Brown to stay hot.
Quinshon Judkins vs. TEN
Quinshon Judkins rushed 23 times for 91 yards and caught three balls for 18 yards in Week 13 for 15.9 Fantasy points. This comes after scoring a pair of touchdowns in Week 12, which elevated him to 16.7 Fantasy Points. Judkins has finished five weeks with over 20 rushing attempts, five weeks with over 80rushing yards, three weeks with over 90 rushing yards, and five weeks with 15+ Fantasy Points through his rookie campaign thus far.
The Browns will face a Titans defense in Week 14 that allows the ninth-most Fantasy PPG to running backs and the 11th-most rushing yards per game (127.6) this season. The workhorse role against a Titans offense that are by far the worst producing group in the NFL should emphasize Judkins and result in a solid Fantasy Football outing this week.
RJ Harvey vs. LV
RJ Harvey scored 21.2 Fantasy Points in Week 13, which was guided by 16 touches for 62 scrimmage yards and two rushing touchdowns. Harvey scored a pair of rushing touchdowns back in Week 8 as well, with a receiving touchdown on top of those, which resulted in 24.1 Fantasy Points. Harvey has now finished four weeks with 16+ Fantasy Points and two weeks with 21+ Fantasy Points during his rookie campaign.
The Broncos will face a Raiders defense in Week 14 that allows the 12th-most Fantasy PPG to running backs. The last time the Broncos faced the Raiders, JK Dobbins rushed 18 times for 77 yards and added a seven-yard reception. Harvey is now playing the Dobbins role, and should see plenty of touches in this matchup with the opportunity to find the end zone again as he did multiple times last week.
Kenneth Walker III vs. ATL
The committee approach between Kenneth Walker III and Zach Charbonnet has been frustrating for Fantasy Football due to the limitations on ceilings there. Walker totaled 74 yards on 16 touches in Week 13, while Charbonnet totaled 56 yards and a touchdown on 13 touches. Walker has seven weeks of 65+ rushing yards and three weeks over 80 rushing yards this season. Across the last four weeks, KWIII has ranged from 4.2-6.5 yards per carry, and for three weeks in a row now, he has finished with three receptions. Walker has three weeks of 18+ Fantasy Points this year.
The Seahawks will face a Falcons defense in Week 14 that allows the 10th-most Fantasy PPG to running backs and the seventh-most (tied) rushing yards per game (131.2) this season. Walker has been rushing efficiently and has also been involved consistently in the passing game, so this matchup can be one that makes the Charbs committee less painful.
Jameson Williams vs. DAL
After scoring 0.0 Fantasy Points in Week 12, Jameson Williams exploded for 26.9 Fantasy Points in Week 13. Jamo stepped up with an early Amon-Ra St. Brown exit, catching seven of his season-high 10 targets for 144 yards and a touchdown. Williams has had games of 108 (Week 2), 119 (Week 10), 88 (Week 11), and 144 (Week 13) receiving yards this season, and five weeks of 20+ yards per catch, which screams his yardage upside. Williams has also scored a touchdown in four of his last five games.
The Lions will face a Cowboys defense that allows the most Fantasy PPG to wide receivers and the third-most passing yards per game (251.5) this season. Amon-Ra St. Brown is unlikely to play on Thursday, which would push Jamo again into that WR1 role. With this game script likely being a shootout between two solid offenses, Williams has a great shot to stay very Fantasy Football productive.
George Pickens vs. DET
Through 12 games this season for the position, George Pickens ranks tied for seventh in targets with 105, tied for fifth in receptions with 73, second in the NFL for receiving yards with 1,142, third in receiving touchdowns with eight, second in total Fantasy Points, and is averaging 19.8 PPG on the year. Playerprofiler.com ranks Pickens top five in all of yards after the catch, yards per route run, and Pickens ranks seventh in yards per target. Amazing breakout season.
The Cowboys will face a Lions defense in Week 14 that ranks second in Fantasy PPG allowed to wide receivers. The projected shootout game script should mean heavy passing from both Jared Goff and Dak Prescott. Pickens has scored 29-ish points in two of his last three games played, and is set up nicely to have another huge week.
Zay Flowers vs. PIT
Zay Flowers opened up the season with 28.1 Fantasy Points due to 143 receiving yards and a touchdown, but would not score 15 Fantasy Points the next 11 weeks. Flowers scored a season-low 0.6 Fantasy Points just last week. Encouraging last week was the seven targets, which were higher than the previous four games. Flowers’ 84 targets are 32 more than any other Raven, and he has finished with 72+ yards six times this year. Lamar Jackson has been down for a few weeks, so the hope is that a “get right” game for Jackson will correlate to a “get right” game for Flowers.
The Ravens will face a Steelers defense that allows the sixth-most Fantasy PPG to wide receivers and the fifth-most passing yards per game this season. With the target share, yards after catch abilities, and Jackson coming off of his second-highest passing yard total of the season, combined with this matchup, I am tossing a dart at Flowers having a quality week for Fantasy Football.
Jakobi Meyers vs. IND
Jakobi Meyers has been trending up for Fantasy Football through his four games with the Jaguars, with scores of 7.1 then 11.4 then 15, then 21.3 Fantasy Points. Meyers has earned six targets for three straight weeks, scored a touchdown in back-to-back games, and finished with 90 receiving yards just last week. Meyers’ reliability and recent production can earn him an even bigger role, especially with the struggles of Brian Thomas Jr.
The Jaguars will face a Colts defense in Week 14 that allows the ninth-most Fantasy PPG to wide receivers and the sixth-most passing yards per game this season. This is a huge AFC South matchup between two 8-4 teams battling for first place, so I expect plenty of Jakobi usage in this game.
Christian Watson vs. CHI
Christian Watson returned from his ACL tear recovery in Week 8, and has been a consistent piece of this Packers offense ever since. Watson has finished all six games with 45+ receiving yards, with 20+ yards per catch in four of those games. Watson caught four of his season-high 10 targets in Week 13 for 80 yards and a touchdown, which makes two games of 80+ yards during this six-game stretch. Watson has totaled three touchdowns across the last three weeks, has earned 17 targets across the last two games, and has scored 18+ Fantasy Points in two of his last three outings.
The Packers will face a Bears defense in Week 14 that allows the third-most (tied) Fantasy PPG to wide receivers and the 11th-most passing yards per game. Watson’s big-play and touchdown upsides have been on full display since he returned, and in this huge NFC North matchup, his number will be called plenty of times.
DK Metcalf vs. BAL
DK Metcalf’s 75 targets are 24 more than any other Steelers so far this season, and his 605 yards are 307 more than any of his teammates. DK is obviously the premier piece through the air, but his Fantasy production has not been great. Metcalf has four weeks of 14+ Fantasy Points, two weeks of 19+ Fantasy Points, and his season-high outing came in Week 4 with five catches for 126 yards and a touchdown.
The Steelers will face a Ravens defense that allows the 10th-most Fantasy PPG to wide receivers and the seventh-most passing yards per game this season. In three of the last four weeks, we have seen the likes of Ja’Marr Chase finish with 110 yards, John Metchie III finish with 65 yards and a touchdown, and Jalen Nailor to finish with 124 yards and a touchdown against Baltimore. It would not shock me for Metcalf to see a season-high in targets this week in this matchup between two AFC North teams who are both 6-6 and battling for the first-place spot.
Brenton Strange vs. IND
Brenton Strange returned from injury in Week 12 to catch five balls for 93 yards. The next week, Strange caught three balls for 45 yards and a touchdown. That is 14.3 and 13.5 Fantasy Football outings, which meant TE4 and TE7 Fantasy finishes. Strange has displayed yardage upside in these two games via 18.6 and 15 yards per catch, and definitely looks like a vital piece of the Jaguars’ offense.
The Jaguars will face a Colts defense in Week 14 that has allowed the fourth-most Fantasy PPG to tight ends and the sixth-most passing yards per game this season. With the productivity the last two weeks from Strange, the details of the matchup, and the implications of this matchup between a pair of 8-4 teams in the AFC South I believe Strange is a great play this week.
Kyle Pitts vs. SEA
Kyle Pitts caught seven of his eight targets in Week 13 for 82 yards, which was 15.2 Fantasy Points. Week 13 was the second time Pitts has scored 15+ Fantasy Points, the fourth he finished with 13+ Fantasy Points, the fourth time he has caught seven or more passes, and the third time he has finished with 60 or more yards.
The Falcons will face a Seahawks defense that allows the fifth-most Fantasy PPG to tight ends while ranking 20th or lower for all other positions. AKA the tight end is the one vulnerable spot to a tough Seahawks defense from a Fantasy lens. The 9-3 Seahawks will likely force the Falcons to throw in this one, and after a solid week for Pitts I would stick with him for Fantasy Football.
