The fantasy football playoffs are here. Not “almost here.” Here. If you made it, congratulations. If you’re still clawing your way in, also congratulations—you’ve somehow survived a season where half the league tries to injure its own starters every Thursday night. Week 15 is all about making aggressive, winning decisions, no bench stashing. No “vibes” plays—no loyalty to the guy who cost you four wins but had one good week in October.
Let’s get you the reinforcements that can actually win you a title.
Remember, if you are out of the playoffs or lose in the first round, you can play DFS. I have you covered there too with: Money Makers and Heart Breakers

Week 15 Weekend Waiver Wire
Quarterbacks
Shedeur Sanders, Cleveland Browns
Week 14: 364 yards, 3 TDs passing; 29 yards and a rushing TD
Shedeur appears to be heating up at exactly the right time, and now he gets a super-easy matchup with the Bears. Sanders has shown both high-volume passing upside and some rushing juice. He’s a legitimate QB1 streamer with week-winning potential against a defense that gives up the eighth-most fantasy points to quarterbacks.
JJ McCarthy, Minnesota Vikings
Week 14: 163 yards, 3 TDs
McCarthy gets Dallas, New York, and Detroit: the No. 1, No. 3, and No. 5 easiest matchups for opposing quarterbacks. Touchdown efficiency is strong, and he is a streaming option throughout the playoffs.
Quarterback Notes: I know what you are thinking neither guy is super dependable, but with what is available, they both could be spectacular matchup plays in Week 15. McCarthy could actually produce down the stretch based on who he gets to play against.
Wide Receivers
Ryan Flournoy, Dallas Cowboys
Week 14: 13 targets, 9 receptions, 115 yards, TD
It looks like CeeDee Lamb is good to go, but you might want to have Flournoy to cover you just in case.
Kayshon Boutte, New England Patriots
Boutte is coming off a bye and scored a touchdown in his last game. Worth a depth add. He has great chemistry with Drake Maye.
Chimere Dike, Tennessee Titans
Week 14: 8 targets, 5 receptions, 24 yards, TD
Dike is not efficient, but has strong usage. Sneaky PPR add that is the top option on his team. You can pass on the Niners, and that is who is up in Week 15.
Jayden Reed, Green Bay Packers
Week 14: 4 receptions, 31 yards; 2 carries for 22 yards
Week 14 was his first week back. He has a hybrid role that keeps him FLEX-viable. I would make the add if you are wide receiver needy.
Wide Receiver Notes: I did not do other players to consider but Darius Slayton is another player you might want to consider through the playoffs. I think Boutte and Reed may both shine for teams during the fantasy playoffs. Dike is a must roster if you get points for return yardage. Flournoy only is viable if Lamb is out.
Running Backs
Devin Singletary, New York Giants
15 touches, 102 yards in Week 13 before the bye. Could end up as a solid volume-based add. If anything happens to Tyrone Tracy, he has proven he will carry the load himself.
Jaylen Wright, Miami Dolphins
Week 14: 24 carries, 107 yards, TD
Massive workload with DeVon Achane out. If Achane is to miss time, Wright will be an Auto-start.
Blake Corum, Los Angeles Rams
Week 14: 12 carries, 128 yards, 2 TDs
Stand alone value right now as he splits time with Kyren Williams. The guy can run the football. This is a time share where both players are good right now.
Chris Rodriguez, Washington Commanders
Rods leads the team in snaps and touches. Rodriguez gets Giants, Philadelphia, Dallas: the No. 2, No. 8, and No. easiest matchups for opposing running backs. Thats a nice fantasy playoff schedule if you need help at running back.
Emmanuel Wilson – Packers
Josh Jacobs appears to be on the wrong side of questionable right now. If Josh Jacobs is out, Wilson is a must-add. Last time he started in place of Jacobs: 28 carries, 107 yards, 2 TDs.
Brian Robinson – 49ers
If CMC is out or still sick, Robinson becomes a top-10 RB play with a massive volume of touches.
Running Back Notes: If you need someone today, it is Corum, Rodriguez, or perhaps Singletary. If you are not in need, fill that bench with Robinson and/or Wilson. These are the kind of players people would kill for if something happens to the starter on those teams.
Tight Ends
Mike Gesicki – Bengals
Week 14: 6 targets, 6 receptions, 86 yards, TD
Volume trended upward with Tee Higgins leaving the game last week with a concussion. Strong streamer if he can get the volume.
Isaiah Likely – Ravens
Put up 93 yards on CIN in Week 13. Same matchup this week. He is likely to be a high-performing tight end in Week 15 as the Bengals give up the most fantasy points to opposing tight ends
Tight End Notes: Likely is a plug-and-play for Week 15. Gesicki has Miami and Arizona in Weeks 16 and 17. Those are the no. 3 and 8 easiest match-ups for tight ends.
Final Thoughts
This is not the week to be passive. Take the upside, take the matchups, and attack the waivers. Week 15 is the real starting line for where championships are won.
