Wild Card Weekend NFL Player Props (FanDuel Sportsbook)

Christian McCaffrey Over 45.5 Receiving Yards (-114)

In a lot of ways, the 2025 season didn’t go according to plan for the San Francisco 49ers. Injuries were a large part of that, but they still went into the final game of the regular season with a real chance at winning the division. They ultimately came up short, and for their struggles, the 49ers get the pleasure of traveling to Philadelphia and facing the Eagles to begin the postseason.

The biggest thing for Christian McCaffrey this season was that he made it through the full year without injury. In fact, he was the one true constant for the San Francisco offense. McCaffrey did break the 1,000-yard mark on the ground, but at times, it was more quantity than quality.

Where McCaffrey really excelled was as a receiver. When times were tough for San Francisco, that’s when they truly relied on McCaffrey through the air. That was evidenced by his 924 receiving yards, which equated to 54.4 yards per game. That’s above his prop play overall, which gives us comfort.

In his first 13 games this season, McCaffrey hit his mark 10 times. The problem is that in his last four games, McCaffrey hasn’t surpassed that mark once. This week, the thought process is that now that things are critical, and in a tough matchup, San Francisco will revert back to McCaffrey the receiver.

Rhamondre Stevenson Over 38.5 Rushing Yards (-114)

While Rhamondre Stevenson is in a form of a timeshare with TreVeyon Henderson, the veteran has found success as of late. That shouldn’t come as a surprise for a New England Patriots team with a strong running attack all season.

The Patriots are ranked sixth in the NFL with 129 rushing yards per game. This week, it is a tough matchup against a strong Los Angeles Chargers defense. Despite that, Stevenson’s prop play is an extremely reasonable number. More importantly, he’s eclipsed this mark in five straight games.

Jayden Higgins Over 28.5 Receiving Yards (-114)

It was a slow start to Jayden Higgins’ rookie season, but overall, the young receiver has found success. The Houston Texans and CJ Stroud are never going to be confused with a truly explosive offense, but at the same time, we don’t want to sell them short.

With 218.1 passing yards per game, the Texans rank 14th in the NFL. Despite the low over/under of 38.5 points, it’s still a good situation for Higgins. His opponent this week, the Pittsburgh Steelers are ranked 29th in the league with 244 passing yards allowed per game.

Higgins’ prop play is a very reasonable number after catching 41 passes for 525 yards and six touchdowns in his rookie season. In six of the last nine games, Higgins has hit his prop play, and that should continue this week.
