The Week 27 EPL waiver wire comes quickly as midweek games begin on Tuesday.
Mikel Merino and Arsenal disappointed in a 0-1 loss. Jan Bednarek came off injured after just 11 minutes. Spurs were impressive, but Lucas Bergvall didn’t have a great fantasy game. Carlos Alcaraz didn’t get the start.
There’s generally some rotation when games come in quick succession like this. So be ready to make some moves to fill in gaps and have cover ready.
Week 27 Fantasy Draft EPL Waiver Wire
Week 27 suggestions (under 50% rostered) are listed in order from most to least rostered.
James Ward-Prowse – Midfielder – 45% Rostered –Â West Ham vs Leicester
JWP got his first start since returning to West Ham. He was involved throughout the game in a big win for West Ham against second-place Arsenal. Even with a yellow card and no corners for West Ham, JWP found a way to create crosses and chances. This is a good sign for him. We have seen him be a steady producer over the years, especially when he is involved in the attack and on set-pieces and corners. West Ham also hosts a struggling Leicester who have lost their last three games by a combined 10-0 score.
Patrick Dorgu – Defender – 41% Rostered –Â Manchester United vs Ipswich
The new United defender has been active, and he’s playing in a more advanced role. He’s picking up attacking points, including multiple crosses and a shot. The defensive points may add up too. I like players who have chances to grab points on both sides of the ball. United also host Ipswich, who lost 4-1 to Spurs over the weekend and haven’t won in 2025. They have also scored the second-lowest number of goals in the EPL. It’s a good matchup and a good choice on the EPL waiver wire.
Jack Harrison – Midfielder – 20% Rostered –Â Brentford vs Everton
Everton will be disappointed that they dropped points to Manchester United after being up two goals. They are still on a six game unbeaten streak. Harrison took many of the set pieces and corners, providing solid value, even when not scoring goals. Like others, he’s been playing better since David Moyes took over. He’s due a goal or assist too.
Sasa Lukic – Midfielder – 9% Rostered –Â Wolves vs Fulham
Lukic has played primarily as a holding midfielder for Fulham. He’s getting points on the defensive side of the ball, but it’s his attacking stats that make him an look this week. His previous three weeks are all double-digit scores. He’s added key passes, corners, and crosses to his solid defensive stats. Fulham is inconsistent but travels to Wolves who sit just outside of the relegation zone. He’s available on the EPL waiver wire in almost all leagues.
Keep up with team news. Make your changes. Have fun.
