The Week 24 EPL waiver wire brings us the first double week of the season, as Everton and Liverpool play twice to make up their missed game.
Richarlison scored in his return but didn’t make it through the game before picking up another injury. Jan-Paul van Hecke scored double digits even without the clean sheet. Yankuba Minteh didn’t start, and Mikel Merino picked up an injury before the start of the game.
I’m a double-game fan. I’m looking to grab as many double-game players as I can. Unfortunately, Liverpool players are generally rostered across most leagues. This leaves Everton players, who start with Leicester, but then get Liverpool. As I see it, Everton has a solid matchup against Leicester, with a bonus game against Liverpool. Both games for Everton are home.
Week 24 Fantasy Draft EPL Waiver Wire
Week 24Â suggestions (under 50% rostered) are listed in order from most to least rostered.
Julio Enciso – Midfielder – 45% Rostered – Ipswich vs Southampton
Enciso moved from Brighon with the hopes that he can help keep Ispwich in the EPL He came on late against Liverpool last game to add an assist in his debit. This is a game that Ipswich really needs to win if they are going to stay up. Enciso has the quality to score points and make a difference, especially against the worst team in the EPL
Jesper Lindstrøm – Midfielder – 29% Rostered – Everton vs Leicester, Everton vs Liverpool
Idrissa Gueye – Midfielder – 24% Rostered – Everton vs Leicester, Everton vs Liverpool
Gueye is much more a defensive midfielder than Lindstrøm, but that has stopped him from putting up consistent quality fantasy points. He’s scored double digits in three of his last four games, including a game with two assists. His points are coming from defensive stats, meaning there are points available for him in both games. He’s the safe pick of the EPL waiver wire this week, and there’s some upside there too.Â
Jake O’Brien – Defender – 4% Rostered – Everton vs Leicester, Everton vs Liverpool
O’Brien had seen limited minutes until recently, and he’s started back-to-back games. Everton won both of those. I’m not sure he’s locked into the right-back spot yet, but he may be worth the risk. He had 18 clearances over the last two games, and I’d expect that to continue. He’s another risk, but some reward is possible here too.

Have fun. Good luck!
