Another double header is on the slate for Monday Night Football tonight on DraftKings. And both games figure to be great for offensive production. Both games have an implied total of 49.5 points. Unlike in weeks past, these two games feature some of the top fantasy scorers at their positions. So, with the slate being this small, it will be essential to swing for upside, but still be different from the field. With the slate being two games this week again, we are back to eight players that will help you take home the money on DraftKings.

Week 6 DraftKings MNF Showdown Plays
Quarterback
Favorite Play: Josh Allen, Buffalo Bills (7.7K)
Look, you can make an argument for any quarterback on the slate tonight. And I would consider any of the four, but Josh Allen offers unparalleled upside every week. I simply do not care that the Atlanta Falcons are allowing the third-fewest fantasy points to quarterbacks.
For someone like Josh Allen, that could make him an even better play, considering Jayden Daniels and Caleb Williams have easier matchups. So he will likely be in fewer lineups than he should. Not much more needs to be said regarding Allen; he is one of the best in the league and should be in consideration on DraftKings on whatever slate he is on.
Player to Consider: Caleb Williams, Chicago Bears (5.6K)
Williams gets the nod over Daniels on salary alone. The salary saved here could allow more flexibility in lineups, while Williams still offers the same relative upside. And if Daniels is without Deebo Samuel, that only widens the gap between the two. Williams is coming out of his bye week after his worst week of the season, only scoring 12.8 DraftKings points.
And even though the matchup is difficult on paper, the Falcons had success against them before the bye. Drake London and Bijan Robinson had their best showings of the season. Michael Penix Jr. was close, but missed out by 1.4 DraftKings points. I expect this passing offense to look better after their bye week, given the talent they have on that side of the ball.
Running Back
Favorite Play: Jacory Croskey-Merritt, Washington Commanders (5.6K)
Croskey-Merrit, or Bill as many call him, enjoyed his rookie breakout last week. He scored 31 DraftKings points against the Chargers. Now, Croskey-Merrit gets an even easier matchup against a Bears defense that is allowing the seventh-most points to the position. The only concern is his snap share, which hasn’t exceeded 50% this season.
However, in such an easy matchup and with the Bears giving up 6.05 yards per carry, the most in the league. His snap share will likely be enough to put up a strong fantasy performance, especially if Chris Rodriguez has to miss the contest. And no matter Rodriguez’s status, a touchdown would likely put him in the lineup unless both James Cook and Bijan Robinson have monster nights. And even then, he could make it in as the flex play. Corskey-Merrit’s matchup is too good to ignore to leave him out of lineups.
Player to Consider: Bijan Robinson, Atlanta Falcons (8.2K)
Like I said, there is no shortage of stars for this Monday night slate on DraftKings. And Bijan Robinson is just one of many. In the game before the bye, Robinson put up a ridiculous 106 yards receiving.
He is averaging 24.4 DraftKings points per game, and his evolving role as a receiving threat makes it almost impossible to leave him out of lineups. Expect Robinson to be the focal point of the Falcons’ offense tonight, and a likely insane fantasy point total to follow.
Wide Receiver
Favorite Play: Drake London, Atlanta Falcons (6.2K)
Shoutout to the Falcons for condensing their offense and running it through their two best players. Something fantasy managers have been ranting about in the past, and they had a valid argument. Drake London had a slow start to the 2025 season.
However, Week 4 was his bounce-back, and he did it in a big way. He scored 28 DraftKings points with 110 receiving yards and a touchdown on eight receptions. And Darnell Mooney will be out in this game, giving London, next to no competition for targets outside of Bijan Robinson, and a few from Kyle Pitts.
With the Falcons being underdogs, they will likely find themselves in plenty of passing situations. The Bills’ defense has struggled this season, and the Atlanta Falcons could further prove that in primetime.
Player to Consider: Luther Burden III, Chicago Bears (4.5K)
The post-bye week rookie bump is very real, as coaches incorporate rookies more into their game plans after their off weeks. We saw it with Matthew Golden on Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals. Golden set a new career high with 86 yards in his first game off the bye. And Luther Burden III is the next in line for that boost.
Burden has already had his breakout, after catching a flea flicker in Week 3 against Dallas, where he was WR10 for the week. If there is a week for more involvement past his 30% snap share, this is the game to do it. Obviously, Rome Odunze is the receiver to roster on the Bears, but Burden is an excellent punt play if you need one.
Tight End
Favorite Play: Dalton Kincaid, Buffalo Bills (4.4K)
This pick is assuming he plays tonight, but Kincaid’s involvement has been trending up since the start of the season. Last week, he had 108 yards and was the focal point of the offense. He is developing as Josh Allen’s go-to target. He is currently third on the team in targets, but leads in receiving yards and touchdowns.
The Falcons are a tough matchup for tight ends, allowing the fewest points to the position. However, I am willing to make an exception here as their schedule against the position has not been the hardest. Kincaid will present a new challenge as one of the top targets for his team. Both safeties in Atlanta are excellent, and that is the only thing that concerns me.
Limited options at the position make me comfortable rostering Kincaid on DraftKings, or you could pivot to the other tight end in this showdown.
Player to Consider: Kyle Pitts, Atlanta Falcons (3.7K)
Yes, that is three Falcons mentioned in the article. And the team is going to need all three of them to help keep up with the Bills’ offense. Their defense is on the opposite end of things when it comes to guarding the position.
The Bills give up the third-most points to the position. Pitts is the clear third option in the offense, and while the numbers are not spectacular this far, he had an encouraging showing heading into the bye week with 70 yards and a touchdown, catching all five of his targets. Pitts would be my second choice at the position, but keep an eye on Colston Loveland’s status, as it is in question for tonight’s game. He could receive more targets after the bye week, or Cole Kmet could look to build on his nine targets from Week 4.
Either way, the position is deep on this slate, as I did not even mention Zach Ertz. I said it last time, and will repeat it. Whoever catches the touchdown likely hits the optimal again.
Final Thoughts
There figures to be a hefty amount of fireworks for tonight’s slate. For these kinds of slates, I recommend picking a team and going from there. For example, you could choose a team like the Bears, featuring players like Luther Burden, Colston Loveland, or Cole Kmet. Consider the secondary targets; Josh Palmer would be a good fit for the Bills. And so on, you will get different lineups in that aspect with the team you believe will be the highest scorer.
That lineup will also still have players such as Bijan Robinson, Rome Odunze, Drake London, and the high-upside players from the other teams. It is an idea, as everyone plays these DraftKings slates differently, and with no wrong way to play, anyone can win the million dollars tonight.
