The Week 7 EPL waiver wire returns as the schedule gets back to normal. There are still three unbeaten teams (Manchester City, Brentford, Everton) and three teams without a win (Bournemouth, Tottenham, Fulham).
Bobby Thomas had another quality game in a very quality win for Coventry. He had a massive 16 clearances, as well as three blocked shots, and other defensive stats. Ainsley Maitland-Niles grabbed his first assist of the season, and a has back-to-back double-digit point games. He’s starting to look like a weekly option for managers. Regan Slater started in his sixth straight game, but didn’t have many fantasy points to show for it in 2-2 draw. Wesley Fofana wasn’t able to keep his starting spot for Chelsea and didn’t see the field.

Week 7 Fantasy Draft EPL Waiver Wire
Week 7 suggestions (rostered 50% or less) are listed in order from most to least rostered.
Ferdi Kadioglu – Defender – 48% Rostered – Brighton vs Crystal Palace
Brighton has kept three straight clean sheets and deservedly sit in third place in the table. He’s been relying on those clean sheet points, but with how the Seagulls are playing, there’s a chance this continues. He’s a sure starter, making him a reliable choice. Brighton have outscored opponents 10-0 over the last three games, and they’ll be hoping to keep that going.
Jack Rudoni – Midfielder – 46% Rostered – Tottenham vs Coventry
Rudoni has been a consistent bright spot for Coventry in the midfield. He’s scored four straight double-digit points, and he’s getting those in wins and losses. Rudoni also took and scored a penalty last week, giving him added value if he stays as their pk taker. He has at least one shot on target each game. Consistency can be a huge plus for a midfielder. Coventry, who have won back-to-back games, also travel to winless Spurs. It’s a good matchup, and he may be a someone worth holding on to.
Pep Chavarría – Defender – 22% Rostered – Everton vs Chelsea
Chelsea and Pep missed out on the clean sheet in a dominating 5-1 win last weekend against Bournemouth. But the defender added an assist, giving him 15 points on the weekend and another solid Fantrax output. He’s now started two straight and may be locking down his spot on the left side of the defense. The Spaniard looked confident, and he is certainly not afraid to get forward. It will be a contrast of styles as Everton have conceded just five goals while Chelsea have scored 15. The teams are tied on points, so this could be a fun one. The Chelsea defender has high potential and should be high on the EPL waiver wire list.
Shea Charles – Defender – 22% Rostered – Fulham vs Hull
Shea Charles is listed as a defender but is really playing in a defensive midfield role for Fulham. This affords him more chances to be part of the Fulham attack. He’s averaging 10 points since he’s started the last four. He’s not the player who will probably score big points, but it does seem like he will return a steady amount, and more if Fulham can keep a clean sheet. Fulham are sitting at the bottom of the table and will be looking for their first win against Hull.
Check team news. Have fun. Good luck.
