The EPL Waiver Wire is needed for managers trying to navigate this unpredictable EPL season.
This season, more than most, has been hard to figure out. Manchester City have now lost an unprecedented three straight. Liverpool have won 10 of 12, and Southhampton have lost 10 of 12. The rest of the league has been completely inconsistent, with teams showing their best or worst on any given week.
Week 12 suggestions were generally solid but not great, though Conor Bradley did not live up to expectations. Many of those players are still available and worth a look.
Week 13 EPL Waiver wire suggestions (under 50% rostered) are listed in order from most to least rostered.
Week 13 Fantasy EPL Draft Waiver Wire
Simon Adingra – Midfielder – 42% Rostered – Brighton vs Southampton
Adingra is back healthy but hasn’t consistently gained his starting role back. Southampton are the worst team in the EPL, even as they gave Liverpool a tough game last week. They’ve lost 10 of 12 with a -15 goal differential. Southampton are still the team to bet against. Adingra may be a way into the BHA lineup to take advantage of the matchup. EPL managers also have the benefit of the Seagulls playing on Friday, so there is time to grab players based on the lineup as the weekend begins.
Vitalii Mykolenko – Defender – 32% Rostered – Manchester United vs Everton
Joao Gomes – Midfielder – 16% Rostered – Wolves vs Bournemouth
Gomes has started all 12 games of the season for Wolves. He’s now scored in two of his last three games, and he had an assist last game as well. Wolves have won two in a row and haven’t lost in four. Opponents Bournemouth, on the other hand, have lost their last two, conceding three and two in those games. Wolves continue with a decent set of games, and EPL managers could benefit from grabbing him on the EPL waiver wire.
Dara O’Shea – Defender – 13% Rostered – Nottingham Forrest vs Ipswich
O’Shea had a rough stretch over a few games after a solid start to the season. But he’s been back in form, picking up points on both ends of the field recently. Even without goals, assists, or clean sheets he’s been returning quality points over his last three. They haven’t lost in three games, whereas Forest has lost two in a row.
Have fun. Good luck!
