The 2025 season is behind us now, and we look ahead and see who will stand out on the 2026 PGA Tour.
J.J. Spaun and Chris Gutterup were the big movers in 2025. J.J. Spaun started the year in 119th position and has now reached seventh in the Official World Golf Rankings. His only win this year was in the US Open at Oakmont Country Club, but with three runners-up and seven top 10s to his name, the rise is hardly surprising.

Chris Gotterup was way down in 191st place, but after his win at the Genesis Scottish Open, he racked up four top 10s and 13 top 25s; he is now in 27th place in the official world golf rankings.
Both these players will be looking to carry their form into 2026, and fantasy golf managers would be foolish to overlook them.
Two veterans with 666 appearances on the PGA Tour have shown this year that they could well be back in the winners’ circle again in 2026; both Rickie Fowler and Jordan Spieth have looked like their old selves, despite not winning for over two years.
Both are climbing the leaderboard with a combined seven top tens between them and could well be back on top, come the 2026 PGA Tour.
5 to Win on the 2026 PGA Tour
Aldrich Potgieter
The long-driving South African secured his first PGA Tour event in 2025, along with three top tens. The twenty-one-year-old has shown great mental strength this year, especially with his playoff victory at the Rocket Classic in June. He suffered with form after that, but his long driving and Strokes gained off the tee should see him occupy plenty of top tens in 2026.
Jacob Bridgman
Having turned pro in 2022, the young American finished tied 27th on the FedEx Cup standings in 2025, due to his five top tens, including a runner-up at the Cognizant Classic at the Palm Beaches in February. Putting is his strength; he is currently 15th in strokes gained, ahead of the likes of Scottie Scheffler and Tommy Fleetwood.
Andrew Novak
A big rise in the World rankings for Andrew Novak in 2025, rising 91 places to 32nd. Winning the Zurich Classic propelled him up the rankings, alongside five top tens, as he made 18 out of 26 cuts.
Aaron Rai
The stats would imply that Aaron should be winning every week. Sadly, the game is played on grass, and although he is in the top 25 in a lot of the statistical data, including driving accuracy and a 70% Greens in regulation percentage, he struggles with the putter. If he improves this in 2026, he’ll be in everyone’s fantasy team.
Alex Noren
The wannabe F1 driver has just won the BMW Championship on the DP World Tour, his second win this year on the tour. Alex has had a steady rise in the second half of the year, and his time and dedication on the practice ground will only help him to win again on the 2026 PGA Tour.
