Week 36 – Fantasy Draft EPL Waiver Wire

The week 36 EPL waiver wire comes with just three games left in the season, and two teams play twice. Manchester City and Crystal Palace each play twice, including against each other. The title and final relegation spots are yet to be decided. There is still much to play for in week 36.

Week 35 suggestion, Jaka Bijol, had an assist and 16 points in a 3-1 win against Burnley. A late goal kept him away from a really great score. Mathys Tel had an assist and 12 points in a massive 2-1 win for Spurs, putting them a point outside of the drop zone. Mathias Jensen had 12 points against West Ham in a 3-0 win. Abdukodir Khusanov and City struggled defensively in a 3-3 tie. Even still, the defenders score over 5 points. With a double this week, he should be rostered.

Week 36 Fantasy Draft EPL Waiver Wire

Week 36 suggestions (rostered 50% or less) are listed in order from most to least rostered.

Sven Botman – Defender – 41% Rostered – Newcastle vs Nottingham Forest

Botman is back healthy and therefore starting and putting up points. He’s a safe bet on the EPL waiver wire, as he’s consistently scoring despite conceding goals. Over the last six games, since he’s come back, he’s scored double digits in half of those games, with his low score being five. That’s something managers should be looking forward to at the end of the season, especially as they close the season with Forest, West Ham, and Fulham.

William Osula – Forward – 39% Rostered – Newcastle vs Nottingham Forest

Osula has four straight starts and has made the most of that time, scoring in three of the four games (and four of his last six games). Newcastle are sitting mid-table without much left to play for. But Osula has a chance to show that he can be a quality week-in and week-out player. He has something to prove. Opponents Nots are undefeated in their last seven and need results to stay out of relegation, so it’s not an easy matchup.

Jack Hinshelwood – Midfielder – 26% Rostered- Brighton vs Wolves

Hinshelwood has scored in back-to-back games, bringing his season totals for both goals and assists to three. Besides a blank against Spurs a few weeks ago, the midfielder continues to be a solid option for managers. Brighton is still playing to move up the table and claim a spot in Europe. The Seagulls host Wolves, who are at the bottom of the table with a -38 goal differential. Seagull players should be considered on the EPL waiver wire this weekend.

Kevin Danso – Defender – 16% Rostered – Tottenham vs Leeds

Danso is another solid defensive choice who is open in most leagues. Spurs have won two straight, which has pushed them just outside of the relegation zone. They are far from safe, and most likely nothing will be settled until the final game. Danso has been stable for Spurs, and even when scored upon, he provides solid points for Fantrax managers. They play Chelsea and Everton to finish the season, so they need this win.

There are double weeks, and you should start key City players as you can. Crystal Palace offers lots of questions, so do so with care. As usual, check team news. Have fun. Good luck.
