2024 Fantasy Football: Week 15 Weekend Waiver Wire

If you are reading this, you are probably in the Fantasy playoffs and simply looking for a last-minute addition prior to completing the first round. Good for you. Good luck in the fantasy playoffs.

Thank you for reading this article every week. This is the playoff addition and the last Weekend Waiver article for this season.

The Must Stash players for Week 15 are here!

Week 14 Weekend Waiver Wire

Quarterbacks

Jameis Winston, Cleveland Browns

Winston is playing the Chiefs in Week 15 and the Bengals in Week 16. The Chiefs give up the 12th most fantasy points to quarterbacks and the Bengals give up the third most. We know Winston will be throwing the ball no matter what. He can literally take you to the finals.

Other quarterbacks to consider:

  • Aiden O’Connell, Las Vegas Raiders – Very easy matchups the next two weeks with the Falcons and Jaguars. The problem is he isn’t so good.
  • Will Levis, Tennessee Titans –  He may have the easiest matchups in the next three weeks. The problem is he is Will Levis and can still fail you.

Quarterback Notes: The other guys to consider are VERY high-risk. The only quarterback I am interested in on the waiver wire is Winston.

Running Backs

Sincere McCormick, Las Vegas Raiders

His Week 14 matchup is tough but he has been named the starter by the Raiders. In Week 16 he will play the Jaguars and Week 17 the Saints. The Jags give up the second most fantasy points to running backs and the Saints give up the sixth most.

Brealon Allen and Isaiah Davis, New York Jets

As of the writing of this article, Breece Hall has missed five straight practices. These guys will split touches for the Jets and both are capable of getting you double digit fantasy scores if you need it.

Running Back Notes: McCormick is the only RB on the wire that is going to be sure to get the volume. I would add him just to keep him away from other people in the playoffs.

Wide Receivers

Elijah Moore and Cedric Tillman, Cleveland Browns

The Browns play the Chiefs in Week 15 and the Bengals in Week 16. You know they will be throwing the ball in those games. Both of these guys bring WR3/Flex value to the table. If Tillman misses another game Moore’s value goes up some.

Ray-Ray McCloud, Atlanta Falcons

In the last three games, McCloud has 23 total targets. He has over 90 yards in two straight games. With the Raiders, Giants, and Commanders up for the fantasy playoffs he could easily bring flex value.

Other wide receivers to consider:

  • Nick Westbrook-Ikhine, Tennessee Titans – Super easy schedule but is very touchdown dependent.
  • Jalen McMillan, Tampa Bay Buccaneers – He plays the second most snaps at WR for the Buccaneers. They are down skill position players. If Bucky Irving is out I would consider playing McMillan.

Wide Receiver Notes: The Browns WRs are the most intriguing as we know Winston will just sling it like crazy. McCloud may have the highest floor.

Tight Ends

Noah Gray, Kansas City Chiefs

In the past four games, his playing time has had an uptick to an average of 65% of the snaps. He also averaged 5 targets a game in that span. In Week 15 the Chiefs play the Browns who give up the 8th most fantasy points to tight ends. He is a daring plug-and-play this week.

Hunter Henry, New England Patriots

Henry leads the team in targets, receiving yards, and receptions. He is missing out on touchdowns. If I needed a TE I would play him for his floor.

Tight End Notes: I think Noah Gray is a great play for Week 15. Henry for the rest of the fantasy playoffs.
