Week 28 – Fantasy Draft EPL Waiver Wire

The week 28 EPL waiver wire follows a week where no team in the top six lost and no team in the bottom six won. There’s still lots to play. Early points will matter in the EPL, as they will for Fantrax managers.

Week 27 suggestion, James Hill, again scored double digits, giving him eight straight games with more than 10 Fantrax points. He’s still available in 47% of leagues. Mathias Jensen scored an average of six points, as the Bees lost 2-0 at home to Brighton. Ian Maatsen went the full 90 for Villa, but could only walk away with mediocre points in a 1-1 tie to Leeds. Amine Adli also disappointed in a 0-0 draw to West Ham.

Week 28 Fantasy Draft EPL Waiver Wire

Week 28 suggestions (rostered 50% or less) are listed in order from most to least rostered.

Oscar Bobb – Midfielder – Rostered 46% – Fulham vs Tottenham

Bobb is still settling in at Fulham after his transfer from Manchester City. He’s gotten sparse minutes thus far, but that could be changing soon. Bobb certainly has the talent, and Fulham certainly could use a boost. There are injuries, so Bobb has an even better chance to start this weekend. They face a Spurs team that is still reeling in 2026, with three straight losses and no wins in the EPL since December 28, 2025. This is a pick with some risk and lots of questions, but there’s a big upside potentially here as well.

Sepp van den Berg – Midfielder – Rostered 42% – Burnley vs Brentford

Sepp van de Berg has been a steady presence for Brentford and for Fantrax managers who have rostered him. He’s scored double-digit points in six of his last seven games, while keeping a clean sheet in only two of those games. He’s picking up points with defensive stats that are adding up and are consistent. Burnley have had back-to-back solid performances, but still are in 19th place. The Bees have fought their way up to seventh, and a win will keep pushing them up the table. The defender offers an option on the EPL waiver wire this week, as well as a solid option moving forward.

Randal Kolo Muani – Forward – Rostered 24% – Fulham vs Tottenham

Muani started and scored Spurs’ only goal in their 4-1 loss to Arsenal, and he should’ve had another. The Spurs are in need of goals and wins. Muani currently offers their best option up front for that, especially considering the current injuries. It’s been nine games since Fulham has kept a clean sheet, so Spurs and Muani should have chances. Fantrax managers would be hoping he could build off his first goal of the season.

Jadon Sancho – Midfielder – Rostered 22% – Wolves vs Aston Villa

Sancho came on as an effective sub in the last game, but he had started the previous five games. He has just a single assist on the season, but he scored decent Fantrax points over those starts. Villa sits three points ahead of Manchester United and needs this win against last-place Wolves, who showed against Arsenal they still have some fight. Sancho is still fighting for his starting spot, but this is a good matchup and worth a risk on the EPL waiver wire.

Remember, the game week starts Friday, so be ready. Check team news. Go with the matchups. Have fun. Good luck.
